Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows impact our stylists and other guests, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.

  • 50% fee: A 50% fee will be charged for missed appointments.
  • Future appointments: We may require a 50% deposit to schedule future appointments.
  • Repeated no-shows: If multiple no-shows or cancellations occur within a 24-hour period, your ability to schedule appointments online may be temporarily suspended.
