Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. This allows our team to offer your reserved time to another guest. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or is a no-show, a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is less, will be charged. Late cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our stylists’ schedules and the guests who are waiting for openings. Repeated infractions may result in:

• A required deposit to reserve future appointments

• Temporary suspension of online booking access.
