WHAT WE DO 

Cancelation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hour notice of any cancellations. We ask for your consideration of our Late/no show/cancellation policy. When a late/no show/cancellation occurs it takes large blocks of time that impact our stylists and other guests. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for missed appointments as well as require a 50% deposit to schedule any future appointments. If multiple No call/No Show/ cancellations occur within the 24 hour period your online scheduling abilities will be temporarily withdrawn. Thank you for being courteous.

 Most highlighting services require a toner at the end of the service to achieve desired tonal results of blonde hair (i.e. ashy/ warm/ red/gold/beige. Toner-$18)
