What We Have To Offer
8 Week Training Program

*Four day work weeks

*Closed for the holidays to maintain your work/life balance. Let's face it, salon life around the holidays is crazy busy! Rest and relaxation after the holiday hustle is a must!

-Closed Thanksgiving through the following Monday

-Closed December 24th-Jan 2nd

*Clear Plan for Growth

-Start taking clients while you train. We open your schedule for whatever service you have mastered in training as you go.
​

*Compensation
​
-Our stylists start off as hourly while they build their clientele. Once you have gained stability with your clientele, you will be switched to commission. The potential is limitless from there!
​
-Stylist that are experienced and have a solid client base following, you will have the option to jump right to commission.
​
-All Tools are provided with the exception of shears
​

*Culture
​
- We celebrate each other's successes and help each other when we fall short. If you love people, you'll fit in great!
- We have fun together outside of the workplace. Occasional gatherings are held to help us get to know each other. Family is welcomed to most events, but sometimes it's just for the team.

What We're Looking For​

-We work as a team. Must be willing to lend a hand wherever needed when necessary.

*Education
​
A cosmetology/Nail technician License is required. Experience is valued, but not required. (or test date scheduled)
​

*Behavior
​
-. We all have bad days, but when you get to work, dive into the environment. By the end of your shift, you'll have a different perspective.
